Why fluid filled

Design: You’ll see more horizontal bars on our rails when compared with some competitors. The more horizontal bars, the more effectively towels can be aired, dried and warmed.

Affordable running costs: Signia rails are designed to remain switched on – day and night. Based on a national average electricity cost of 35c/Kwh, the cost of running your Signia heated towel rail should be in the region of R20 a month. These low costs can be attributed to our self-regulating elements, which automatically control the temperature by drawing power only when required.

Practical: While Signia rails are easily installed in new or existing homes, an IPX5 rating allows for safe installation in all bathroom zones. They’re supplied already filled with fluid, and with the electric element fitted. Signia rails can be fitted with the visible wiring on either the left- or right-hand side. Our versatile depth adjustable bracket system can be moved to virtually anywhere on the rail - accomodating uneven wall surfaces. As with any heated towel rail, our easy-to- install Signia rails should be connected by a qualified electrician.

Guarantee: Although you are unlikely to need it, Signia’s commitment to quality heated towel rails is backed by a 5 year guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship. Similarly, the cartridge elements are guaranteed for two years. Click here for Terms & Conditions

After sales service: Our team of experts pride themselves on providing excellent after sales service should you have any questions or queries.

Environment: Signia towel rails are ecologically friendly, with low energy usage.  The rails in our range use between 150 – 175 watts of electricity which compares favourably to tumble dryers that use 2800 watts! You can really save on unnecessary laundry loads by keeping your towels dry and fresh between uses. Use your Signia towel rail instead of the tumble dryer and make some real energy savings!
